Our Work
The Ezra Jack Keats Foundation focuses it’s support on advancing diversity in children’s literature; supporting public education and educators; and providing subsidy for programs and scholarships in public parks, museums and universities.
Our core programs are informed by Ezra’s experiences and values. His path to success was through public education and the love of reading. Ezra imagined a better future for all children – our work is to help make it real.
