Whirligigs Project

When you go into a library, you don’t always know what to expect. In Feasterville, Pennsylvania, you might have seen a show of whirligigs, sculptures with movable parts, in the manner of artist Red Grooms. They are the handiwork of 20 young artists, who painted, drilled and sanded over two Saturdays, constructing unique artworks based on their everyday lives.
